Unveiled considers the impact of neoliberal psycho-politics’ exhaustive pursuit of optimized production, consumption, and technological expansion on our collective inability for closure. These ritualistic portraits of absence, created by submerging traditional mourning veils and heirlooms in plaster, and draped to cure around posed bodies, were born out of a desire to convey a sense of loss through their own creation.
